Have a look at BBC Bitesize (bbc.co.uk)  and meet 2 fun characters Pip and Declan who help teach about feelings

  • What are Feelings? - Being happy or sad are two examples of feelings. But there are also lots of different kinds of feelings that we all experience.
  • Dealing with Feelings - Sometimes we can feel angry, sad or lonely. It’s important to recognise if we're feeling like that and learn ways of coping that will help us.
  • Recognising others' Feelings - It's important to recognise when your friend or someone else is upset, and to know what do to help them.
