As the Women’s Rugby World Cup was recently held in England (and won by England!), Sale Sharks Rugby Club received a grant to go out into the community to raise awareness of girls rugby in schools. We were lucky to have Holly deliver our sessions - a current player for Sale Sharks and one of their outreach coaches. Girls from the whole of KS2 took part in fun sessions last Friday and enjoyed trying out the sport.
