Another impressive week for the boys' football team! They secured two brilliant wins—1–0 against Navigation Primary School and 7–0 against St. Vincent’s. Mr. Lewis praised the fantastic overall team effort and great team spirit on display. Well done boys! The boys league will now pause over winter, matches will resume in the spring.

On Wednesday morning, a group of our fantastic Year 6 pupils had the exciting opportunity to take part in the Trafford Represent Dodgeball Competition.

It was a busy and action-packed morning, with the children playing a full schedule of games against schools from across Trafford. From the very first game, our team showed an incredible attitude, supporting, encouraging and motivating one another throughout.

As the morning progressed, the team grew in confidence and improved game by game. They showed fantastic determination, resilience and teamwork, always picking each other up and celebrating one another's successes. Most importantly, they approached every game with huge smiles and a real enjoyment of the experience.

We were particularly proud of the way our pupils demonstrated excellent sporting values, showing honesty, respect, fairness and genuine good sportsmanship to both their teammates and opponents. They represented our school exceptionally well and were a real credit to us.

The children should be extremely proud of themselves. Their positive attitude, teamwork and determination made it a fantastic morning, and it was brilliant to see them rise to the challenge and give every game their very best.

Well done, Year 6 — you were fantastic! We are incredibly proud of you!
