What a fantastic first term we have had starting in Year 1!

Here are some of the things we have been getting up to...

Geography Walk and Map Making

 

We went on a walk around  the school and took a photograph of five important places. Later, we had to sequence these pictures in the order of our walk and created a map! 

An Imposter in School!

 

 

A tiger was spotted around the Year 1 classrooms, we think he got in through the window! Don't worry, he has now been captured and taken away, but we have been using these photos from the "School CCTV" to write a description of the intruder.

 

Here are some of our examples:

• He has soft, stripy fur.
• He has long, sharp claws.
• He has fierce, green eyes.
