Hello Year 1!
This will be the final week of our Space topic! We are going to be reading Beegu, and finding out about some famous women in the history of air travel, Amy Johnson and Amelia Earhart. We will also be learning some more about Judaism.
In Maths this week we are continuing to use Power Maths, and will use both the text book and practice book.
- Use the TEXT book pages (on screen or printed out) to discuss and work through the questions together with your child to make sure they understand the topic.
- Then let them complete the questions in the PRACTICE book on their own, supporting them where necessary. Remember, page 1 is for everyone, page 2 is for most children and page 3 is a challenge.
