Teaching Assistant 2

Full Time Fixed Term until August 31st 2025 (possibility of extension)

To start ASAP

TA2: SALARY RANGE: Band 3 (points 6 to 11)

HOURS: Full time = 38.33 per week for a 39 week working year (including 5 INSET days)

 

The contract is for Monday to Friday 8am – 3.25pm

 

The Governors of Bowdon Church School wish to appoint a highly motivated TA Level 2 to join our hard-working, lively and successful team.  

 

We would welcome applications from candidates who:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with &/or caring for children within primary age range/learning need and/or NVQ2 or equivalent in teaching assistance
  • Have experience in supporting a child with autism, physical needs, dyslexia, ADHD, etc.
  • Have experience of teaching groups of children, with high expectations of all 
  • Have a caring nature and are willing to promote the Christian Values of the school
  • Are willing to support all aspects of school life
