Site Manager

Full Time – Permanent Contract

To start Monday 19^th August 2024 (start date negotiable depending on notice period for candidate)

Salary band range: Band 4 (points 12 to 17)

Contracted Hours: Full time: 36.25 per week, all year.

The contract is covering a varied shift pattern of: 7am – 3pm, 9am – 5pm, 11am – 7pm

The Governors of Bowdon C of E School wish to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our hard-working, lively and successful team.  

We would welcome applications from candidates who:

• Have Experience as a key holder and of operating alarm/security systems
• Managerial experience/leading and supporting a team ethos
• Health & Safety knowledge and awareness
• Able to deal with a range of general maintenance jobs/basic repairs
• IT literate, especially use of maintenance reporting tools
