Y1 General Information

Children need to be in the classroom, ready to start learning at 8:40am each day for class registration. Y1 children will be dismissed from the Y1 classroom doors at 3:15pm but older siblings may collect Y1 from the classroom from 3:05pm. Children being collected by car will be taken to the car gate by a member of staff at 3:15pm. Please ensure your child knows if they are being collected by car - a handwritten note to the teacher should be sent if arrangements change.

Please don't forget, PE kit is to be worn on Tuesdays and Thursdays and items for school, like a healthy morning snack, lunchbox and water bottle, should be in in a named school bag. Make sure longer hair is tied up and you definitely need a named coat for the British weather!
