Autumn 1 Information

Our topic this half term is: ‘Knowing Me, Knowing You . This involves learning about our body and our senses in Science. In Geography we are using maps and plans. In RE we are learning about the Kingdom of God and in Art we are using Autumn and Harvest as a stimulus.

 P.E and Games

P.E is on Fridays and Mr Lewis teaches games skills on Tuesday afternoons. You child should come into school wearing their PE kit on these days.

In reading, please discuss the story to ensure understanding. Please also identify capital letters full stops and question marks. We are also sending out a sharing book for bedtime reading or for your child to read independently.

MyMaths homework is sent out on Thursday and due in the following Thursday.

An optional learning log will be sent out after half term. More details to follow.
