Christmas Celebrations

It has been so wonderful to share individual class nativities and performances with parents this year.
At Bowdon Church School the love of God is at the centre of all that we do. It is this love that helps us through both happy and sad times, so to be able to come together as a community is a gift we cannot take for granted. For many Reception and Year 1 parents it was the first opportunity to come into school and the children were thrilled to be able to perform and share to joy of Christmas!

It was also emotional to be back in church for our traditional junior carol services and although KS2 could not be together, all 3 performances were a treat to behold and listen to! Thank you to all our dedicated staff for ensuring that these celebrations ran so smoothly, but especially the force that is Mr Cunliffe.

We were blown away by the generosity of parents and carers attending our multiple Christmas celebrations.We have raised over £2065 for the Children’s Society from the various retiring collections.
